Our crew recently performed a job at a local retail location. The property manager contacted us looking for a quote for parking lot paving in Federal Way.  After speaking at length to gather the important information, we were able to provide a quote. We were happy to provide the manager with a fair, and competitive rate and schedule. We began work on the parking lot the following Monday. The lot was not very big but needed a pavement overlay.  The pavement overlay process consists of a few different components. First is the application of the bituminous paving layer on top of the current asphalt surface. This helps to provide the surface with structural integrity and an overall aesthetic to the parking lot. It also creates a smoother surface for customers and their vehicles. We then needed to level out the new asphalt layer to make sure that the asphalt parking lot was effective.

Our final step in the process was sealcoating and striping the parking lot. While these jobs are not as intense, they require time for the materials to dry. The property manager was well aware of the timeline required. By the time we had finished applying the sealant and paint, the parking lot looked nearly new.

The property manager was impressed with our work and our ability to complete the job within budget. We were happy to have provided Federal Way with another top of the line asphalt parking lot.
