Challenge Presented:
This project was an old parking lot that had never been sealed, and had a lot of sitting ground in dirt on the surface of the pavement. The customer wanted to breath new life into the pavement, and give it a fresh look.
Solution suggested by P3:
We conducted a full pressure wash of the asphalt, sealed all the cracks and then sealed the parking lot with a first coat squeegee and second coat spray application. We also pressure washed all of the curbs and sidewalks around the property.
Results of repairs completed by P3:
The building had a completely renovated look, and we helped preserve the asphalt for years to come. This also gave the tenant of the building a really fresh “welcome mat” for their customers to come and shop, which reflects on the quality and health of the business.
